These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you”, “the student”) and Fair Future (“Fair Future”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an overseas education consultancy with its registered office at Cochin, Kerala, India, operating the website fairfutureonline.com.
1.Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or consultation form, registering for a webinar or event, downloading an e-book, enrolling in a test preparation batch, or engaging Fair Future for counselling or application support, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.Our Services
Fair Future provides advisory and support services that may include:
- Career and course counselling for studying abroad
- University and college shortlisting, application and admission assistance
- Coaching for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, CELPIP, GRE, GMAT and foreign languages
- Guidance on documentation, statements of purpose and financial requirements
- Visa application guidance, and pre-departure and post-arrival support
Our role is advisory. We prepare, guide and represent your application to the best of our professional ability, but the scope of any engagement is limited to what is confirmed with you in writing at the time of enrolment.
3.No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
Fair Future does not and cannot guarantee admission to any institution, the grant of any scholarship, a particular test score, or the approval of any visa or immigration application.
All such decisions rest solely with the relevant universities, colleges, examination bodies, embassies, high commissions and immigration authorities, and are made according to their own criteria, quotas, timelines and policies, which may change without notice. Fees paid to us are for our advisory and processing services and are not contingent on the outcome of any application.
4.Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine information, documents, certificates and financial records
- Inform us promptly of any change to your details, plans or circumstances
- Meet deadlines for submitting documents, paying institutional fees and attending interviews or biometric appointments
- Comply with the laws of India and of your intended destination country
Submitting forged, misrepresented or fraudulent information is a serious offence. Fair Future accepts no liability for any consequence arising from information you supply, and we reserve the right to terminate our engagement immediately, without refund, if we have reason to believe that any information or document is false.
5.Fees, Payments and Refunds
- Service charges, coaching fees and the payment schedule applicable to you will be communicated in writing before you enrol.
- Amounts payable to third parties — including universities, examination bodies, embassies, credential evaluators and courier services — are separate from our service charges, are non-refundable once paid, and are governed by that third party’s own policies.
- Fair Future service charges are payable for the work performed and are non-refundable once processing has commenced, except where a specific written refund policy has been agreed with you.
- Coaching fees are non-transferable between students. Batch transfers may be permitted at our discretion subject to seat availability.
- All payments must be made only to Fair Future’s official bank accounts or authorised payment channels. We are not responsible for payments made to any individual or account not confirmed by us in writing.
