• Academic history — marksheets, certificates, transcripts, backlogs and gaps in education
• Test scores such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, CELPIP, GRE or GMAT, and language proficiency details
• Work experience, résumé, statements of purpose and letters of recommendation
• Passport and identity details, visa and travel history, and where required for an application, financial and sponsorship documents such as bank statements, income proof and loan sanction letters
• Your study preferences — intended country, course, intake, budget and career goals — and the content of your enquiries and messages to us

• IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies

Information from others

• Details shared by a parent, guardian or sponsor acting on your behalf, by our branch or associate offices, or by a partner institution about the status of your application

We ask you to share sensitive documents only when they are actually required for an application. Please do not send us information we have not asked for.

• Shortlist institutions and prepare, submit and follow up on applications for admission and scholarships

We process your information on the basis of your consent, to perform the services you have engaged us for, and to comply with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

Applying to study abroad necessarily involves sharing your details with others. We share your information only as described below, and only to the extent needed:

• Universities, colleges and their admission representatives, to process your application, offer and enrolment
• Embassies, consulates, high commissions, visa application centres and immigration authorities, as part of your visa application
• Examination and language test bodies, for registration and score verification
• Credential evaluators, education loan providers, insurers, accommodation providers, forex and travel partners, where you ask us to arrange such services
• Our branch and associate offices, and vetted service providers — including hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, courier and IT support providers — who act on our instructions under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities, auditors or legal advisers, where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Because our services relate to studying abroad, your information will often be transferred to institutions, authorities and service providers located outside India, in the country you are applying to. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in India. We transfer your information only where it is necessary for the service you have asked us to provide, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled confidentially.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. When information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need, unless we are required to retain it
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
• Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@fairfutureonline.com from the email address registered with us. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer continue an ongoing application on your behalf.

If you have shared your contact details with us or subscribed to our updates, we may contact you by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp about intakes, deadlines, scholarships, batches, events and services that may interest you. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying to ask us to stop, or writing to us. We will continue to send essential service messages relating to an active application or enrolment.

Our services are intended for students who are 18 years of age or older. Where a student is below 18, we collect and process their information only with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, and we do not use it for tracking or targeted advertising. If you believe a child’s information has been shared with us without such consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website links to university, government, examination and partner websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website before submitting information to it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be amended accordingly. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
